COBMEX® Client Care is less about what we do but rather how we do it. COBMEX® customers are all treated equally, no matter how big or small. Our Client Care team operates as the face of our company, always being the first point of contact for our clients. Collaboration is at the heart of what makes this team so successful. We stay current with all aspects of the business through continuous communication with our Design, Production, Shipping and Accounting departments.
A proactive approach to our customers’ needs is the key to our world-class service. Our team’s objective is to turn every customer interaction into a meaningful experience by paying keen attention to their needs and providing opportunities to further their business.

Client Care Representative, 3 years at COBMEX®.

Tiffany was working as a sales associate at an international fashion brand before she decided to search for a new challenge and applied as a Client Care Specialist for COBMEX®. In her day-to-day, Tiffany handles a large variety of tasks including product inquiries, reviewing shipments, inputting daily stock and private label orders and much more. In her time at the company, Tiffany has excelled and grown to take on more responsibility.
As in any role, she acknowledges that there are highs and lows, but pushes herself to grow from every situation:
“I truly believe there are highs and lows everyday as you learn and grow in your role. I find my lows come from when I am trying something new and am nervous about it. I always try to make it a high by exceeding in it.”
When asked what she loves the most about working at COBMEX®, Tiffany replied:
“The environment. Every day you walk in is like a breath of fresh air. Everyone is extremely friendly, and we all enjoy working together. The best part is saying Good Morning and always make each other feel welcome.”
Outside of work, Tiffany is a fashion lover who is constantly on Pinterest searching for the latest trends. Her love for fashion extends to her Teacup Poodle, Mia Gigi, with which she loves to coordinate outfits, including their matching puffer coats.

Hiedi was working as an Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation worker until 2019, when an injury led her to pivot her career towards Customer Service and Logistics. Joining COBMEX® with no prior knowledge of the uniform manufacturing industry was a challenge that Hiedi took head on. She now fully understands the intricacies of the sweater manufacturing world, as well as how all the different departments at COBMEX® work together to process orders in a timely manner.
Hiedi’s role encompasses many tasks, including daily stock orders, managing all customer invoices and payments on credit card as well as handling warranty replacements and customer pickups. Her drive and determination allow her to continuously push herself: “Every day I take on a more and more evolving role”
When asked what she loves the most about working at COBMEX®, Hiedi replied:
“My coworkers. They genuinely want to see you succeed and do your best. You’re not just a number here.”
Outside of work, Hiedi loves crafting and animals, specifically her 2-pound Chihuahua who accompanies her absolutely everywhere. On weekends, you’ll find them together at local events or the mall!
Aron De La Vega
Sales Operations Manager, nearly 5 years with COBMEX®.

Aron’s journey to COBMEX® is quite an endearing story. He decided to leave his previous job and look for a role that would provide him with more growth opportunities, being that he was planning to propose to his girlfriend. He discovered an open position at COBMEX® as a Client Care Specialist and decided to go for it. Almost 5 years later, he is happily married and proud of his choice to pivot his career:
“I wanted to share that experience as it was a pivotal point in my life that led me to COBMEX®. Had I not decided to move on, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”
Aron was a Client Care Specialist for 3 years before being moving up to Client Care – Team Lead, and one year later was promoted to Client Care Manager. After excelling in his role, Aron was promoted to his current title as Sales Operations Manager.
In this new role, Aron develops strategies for the Client Care and Sales team to ensure that they are always providing impeccable customer service and identifying new opportunities for our current and future clients. In addition to focusing on COBMEX®’s growth and service, Aron uses data analysis in order to devise strategies to improve our internal operation.
To further add value to COBMEX®, Aron taught himself several programming languages for data management and gained an in-depth knowledge of Excel: “I’ve sunk more hours looking at cell blocks than I’ve ever done in my past work experiences combined!”
When asked what he loves the most about working at COBMEX®, Aron replied:
“They gave me the reigns to mold my role within the company. I’m very thankful for the amazing relationships I’ve formed at COBMEX®. They allowed me to grow within the company and be seen in a leadership role. I feel great walking in to work every morning as I feel I’ve finally found the balance I’ve been looking for in a job. And that’s what I’m most thankful for, they gave me a chance to have a career that I can proudly share with my friends and family.”
Outside of work, Aron has loads of hobbies including travelling, music production, collecting sneakers and occasionally, flying planes. He loves to keep in shape by playing basketball, running and competing in fighting game tournaments all over the city.
