What gets you excited about coming into work every day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working at Cobmex exposes me to a wide range of responsibilities. Every day is a new challenge and we have a great team that communicates well with one another.<\/p>\n

Tell us about an accomplishment you are particularly proud of?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal and professional development at Cobmex from the last 12 years. When I started at the company, I had no idea I would be where I am today. I am truly grateful for all the opportunities given to me.<\/p>\n

If you could have a conversation with anyone from the past, who would it be?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stan Lee, I would ask him how he kept his mind young and free and full of imagination throughout his life. I want to be able to keep the same mentality.<\/p>\n

How would you describe the culture at Cobmex?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cohesiveness of everyone working towards our companies goals while having fun is what I love the most about our environment.<\/p>\n

Who is your role model?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My Dad, the hardest working person I know.<\/p>\n

Tell us something no one knows about you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m a bit OCD, I always need to clean and keep everything organized. Maybe that’s why I have a strong suit in logistics.<\/p>\n

If you could be anyone else for a day, who would it be?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manny Pacquiao! He’s a role model for the whole country and always has a smile on his face.<\/p>\n

Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sharing what I have learned over the years with new people to support the growth of our company.<\/p>\n

How do you overcome challenges?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Change the perception towards challenges. Every problem creates an opportunity.<\/p>\n

If you had to choose a superpower, what would it be?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

To be able to slow down time! Time is flying by way too fast.<\/p>\n
