Our North American and Asian factories are led by a team of experienced and knowledgeable quality control experts. Our process begins with having clear, concise, and well-defined guidelines that are implemented by qualified and trained professionals.<\/p>\n

In Mexico, our quality control system is led by our Production Director, Carolina Beltrami, and our Senior Director of Manufacturing, Javier Romero. They ensure that our raw materials are being tested and that all orders are rigorously inspected. Carolina and Javier oversee the training of our staff and certify that we are complying with our client’s specifications, as well as our internal requirements.<\/p>\n

Our Technical Design and Quality Control Director, Roc\u00edo Carrillo, runs the COBMEX\u00ae<\/sup> Quality Control and Design departments. She supervises a team of auditors who verify every single order we manufacture.<\/p>\n

Clara Guerrero is our Quality Control Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the quality control process. She also trains and educates her team about our thorough product verification procedures.<\/p>\n

Senior Production & Quality Assurance Coordinator, Nina Liu, assists in the implementation of our quality control system in our Asian factories. She ensures that our high-quality standards are consistent between factories. Nina manages sample submissions and customer deliveries. She also reviews final audit reports and ensures shipment quality is up to COBMEX\u00ae<\/sup> standards.<\/p>\n

Quality Control Methods<\/h1>\n

Before the production process starts, all our yarn lots, including our proprietary Durapil\u2122 and Durapil Ultra\u2122 yarns, are rigorously tested for pilling. A designated and regularly trained color quality auditor verifies and approves the color. We also validate the condition and color of all the trims. This ensures that the materials used to craft our knitwear are on par with our quality requirements throughout the entire manufacturing process.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once the yarn is approved, we move on to the first step in our manufacturing process: Knitting.<\/p>\n

We audit and test each lot thoroughly to ensure that they meet our high-performance standards.<\/p>\n

To certify that our final products meet our customer\u2019s expectations, knit downs are inspected for appearance, weight, color, construction, knit, texture, and measurements. They are also sent to a quality control lab for pilling and consistency evaluation.<\/p>\n

When a new style goes into production, the factory runs a size set to ensure that all patterns are correct and follow the precise style specifications. All knit downs are reviewed before cutting to ensure the weight, tension and overall knit quality are meeting our customer specific program requirements.<\/p>\n

Our Production Line Supervisors review the sewing process required for each garment to ensure that our sewers utilize the specified techniques. Communication and collaboration are key to our success, and as such, we constantly evaluate our sewers\u2019 performance and attention to detail.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once a garment is complete, our auditors run quality inspections to ensure our uniform sweaters meet our customer\u00b4s requirements. Before packaging, we inspect the sewing quality, measurements, weights, workmanship, and overall appearance of each garment to ensure quality compliance.<\/p>\n
