The culture is built by the way the company treats each other.<\/p>\n<p>We spend hours at work and interact with many co-workers 5 days a week. I am pretty sure we need to enjoy every minute of our life in our workplace.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve heard Phil Newman, our President say many times, \u201cmi casa es su casa\u201d, this totally reflects how Phil treats us; as family members and not staff!<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a great pleasure to be a part of the team here at Cobmex, and I am enjoying my career journey!<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Maria Ko<\/strong><br \/>\nDirector of Product Development and Overseas Manufacturing. It will be 5 years this June 2020, since Maria has joined Cobmex. \u201cWith the open and welcoming work environment at Cobmex, there is a lot of excitement each day, especially working with the talented Cobmex team where we develop sweaters for our prestigious customers globally\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>When Maria was asked, if you could be anyone else for a day, who would it be? We are extremely grateful to all health care workers and first responders who continue to be our heroes every day.<\/p>\n<p>At Cobmex, we continue to work diligently to help our customers with their daily needs but also, by being prepared; we can help all of our clients and supply chain partners in their efforts to re-open. Our U.S. and Canadian facilities continue to operate with carefully monitored essential staff while encouraging a work from home policy for others. We continue to closely monitor the situation and are following all governmental health and safety standards.<\/p>\n<p>There is no doubt that the world will look very different when we come out of the current COVID-19 crisis.
