[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As the COVID-19 virus arrived at our shores and the world came to a screeching halt in March, we stayed open and continued to operate to serve and supply first responders and all our valuable customers. The pandemic certainly created challenges. Although we are now not able to travel to meet with our clients face-to-face at this time, we are utilizing video conferencing platforms in order to regularly to meet with our customers and supply chain partners. We have also ramped up our digital marketing across all platforms as well as our website in order to enhance the customer experience.<\/p>\n

As most websites do, ours is constantly evolving. In the past year, we have implemented a re-design in order to elevate our brand as well to properly feature our collections and products. We have developed a 360 video tool <\/a>which allows the visitor to view each item from various perspectives highlighting the design features of each of our styles. As always, there is a link to our online catalog<\/a>. Additionally, you can also view our entire collection<\/a> as a digital flipbook<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One of the most exciting new developments for us on our website is our online ordering system<\/a>. This tool provides a convenient and seamless way to access products, prices, current real-time stock inventory levels, and submit orders. To date, we\u2019ve received excellent feedback from clients who\u2019ve been utilizing this system for the last 3 months.<\/p>\n

In addition to these user experience enhancements, we have redefined our company\u2019s purpose, vision, mission, and values. These statements are better aligned with who we are in 2020 and moving forward into the future.
