What gets you excited about coming into work every day?
Working at Cobmex exposes me to a wide range of responsibilities. Every day is a new challenge and we have a great team that communicates well with one another.
Tell us about an accomplishment you are particularly proud of?
Personal and professional development at Cobmex from the last 12 years. When I started at the company, I had no idea I would be where I am today. I am truly grateful for all the opportunities given to me.
If you could have a conversation with anyone from the past, who would it be?
Stan Lee, I would ask him how he kept his mind young and free and full of imagination throughout his life. I want to be able to keep the same mentality.
How would you describe the culture at Cobmex?
The cohesiveness of everyone working towards our companies goals while having fun is what I love the most about our environment.
Who is your role model?
My Dad, the hardest working person I know.
Tell us something no one knows about you?
I’m a bit OCD, I always need to clean and keep everything organized. Maybe that’s why I have a strong suit in logistics.
If you could be anyone else for a day, who would it be?
Manny Pacquiao! He’s a role model for the whole country and always has a smile on his face.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
Sharing what I have learned over the years with new people to support the growth of our company.
How do you overcome challenges?
Change the perception towards challenges. Every problem creates an opportunity.
If you had to choose a superpower, what would it be?
To be able to slow down time! Time is flying by way too fast.
