JOB SUMMARY

Cobmex is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be working closely with our Inside Sales and Client Care Team to reach company sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

The Sales Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, relationships with their contacts, always striving to provide the best customer service experience.

The ideal candidate should be sales driven and display a great level of determination when hunting for new business. The candidate should have exceptional communication, computer and problem- solving skills, be results driven, resourceful and a self starter with a positive attitude, and the ability to contribute and collaborate in a team environment


  • JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create successful strategies, improve processes, and analyze new business opportunities.
    • Implement reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics.
    • Lead/manage and direct sales team. Tracking sales goals by representatives.
    • Provide sales guidance (Marketplace, Sales Plan, Growth Opportunities and Forecasts) to the Cobmex Executive team.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key Customers. Cultivate and expand new relationships with key future partners.
    • Follow-up on potential leads, customer visits, and attend trade shows as required.
    • Marketing involvement.
    • Expand our national account customer base by leveraging your strategic thinking and resourcefulness to seek out key decision makers and utilize your superior communication skills to win the business.

  • KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Secondary Education or college Diploma.
    • Minimum 5 years’ Sales experience.
    • Industry experience would be considered an asset.
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate should be sales driven and be self-motivated with strong written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities.

As the Inside Sales and Account Coordinator, you will have the ability to contribute and collaborate in a team environment


  • JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Consistently achieves monthly/quarterly sales targets and customer acquisition targets through daily cold calling via customer research for a targeted approach.
    • Initiates sales process by prospecting, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, and closing sales; works proactively to secure new clients by effectively positioning Cobmex brand to clients.
    • Responds promptly, efficiently, and professionally to customer telephone and e-mail inquires.
    • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling on business owners, and networking.
    • Effectively prepares and researches prior to calling on potential clients; conducts effective needs assessment and designs proposals to address the customer’s specific needs.
    • Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.
    • Track orders, obtain P.O.D’s and update customers as required.
    • Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, KPI’s and adherence to goals.
    • Release back orders, maintain order files, maintain data base system.
    • Provides customer feedback; to sales and marketing teams and recommends strategies by identifying needs to be filled
    • Follow-up on potential leads and attend trade shows as required.
    • Strategic brainstorming with sales team.

  • KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • College Diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven minimum 2 years Inside Sales experience.
    • Strong mathematical skills.
    • Strong computer skills including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Industry experience would be considered an asset.
