Join us in welcoming Carolina Beltrami as one of the newest members of the COBMEX® team! As Production Director, Carolina oversees all the production throughout North America.
Carolina manages all the purchasing of materials, including yarn, fabric, labels, and trims, and coordinates with the rest of the team to ensure that the production of both stock and custom products is on time. Her responsibilities also encompass quality control. Carolina oversees that our yarn is being sent to the lab for testing, to confirm that it is up to our standard in terms of strength, durability, and pill resistance.
Carolina regularly meets with the managers in our factories to verify that our production schedules remain on time. At our Canadian head office, she coordinates mainly with our Sales, Product Development and Client Care teams.
With 25 years of experience in the textile industry and a love for working with knitwear and industrial knitting production, Carolina’s knowledge and passion are what make her a vital asset. We are so glad to have her on our team and are already impressed with her ability to optimize our sweater production, quality control and delivery processes as well as effectively mitigate the impact of worldwide supply chain disruptions.
Carolina’s logistical skills and her detailed knowledge of the knitwear industry will allow our customers to receive timely deliveries and be in the know about our production every step of the way. We love to see her flourish and know that she will continue to enrich our team and our customer’s experience.
